To ensure a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for all spa guests, we ask that you take into consideration the following spa policies:
Communicate complete and accurate health information at the time of making your reservation and when asked by your service provider. Notify the agent if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies any physical ailments or disabilities requiring special assistance. Pregnancy massage is only available during the second and third trimester.
Spa facilities are accessible to our guests 16 years of age or older.
Spa Teen Nail Services are available for guests between the ages of 14 and 17 and a parent must be present for the entire length of the service.
Spa Teen Massage & Facial Services are available for guests between the ages of 16 and 17 and a parent must be present in the treatment room for the entire length of the service.
Massage and body services are not available for guests under the age of 16.
Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled treatment to allow for a leisurely check-in and ensure your treatment begins on time. Arriving late impacts the time of your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so as to not delay the next guest. The full value of your service will be charged.
For your comfort - Please do not wear any jewelry into your treatment.
It is highly recommended that all makeup be removed prior to all spa services.
Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing; however, please wear whatever is comfortable for you. Disposable underwear is available upon request. During all treatments the body is fully draped except for the areas being worked on.
Shaving is recommended for gentlemen prior to a facial. If you do shave – please do so at least two hours prior to the start of your treatment. Shaving is not recommended prior to body treatments or hair removal services.
Lockers are available to spa guests; however, it is recommended you do not bring and or leave any valuables.
Robes and slippers are provided in the locker rooms for your comfort.
We encourage you to inform us immediately if you experience any discomfort due to room temperature, massage pressure, music, music volume or any other condition or circumstance.
For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to each spa service received and may be altered at your discretion.
A valid credit card number is required at the time of reservation. All major credit cards and traveler’s checks are accepted. You may choose to charge spa services to your hotel bill.
Hotel guests not receiving a spa service may enjoy the use of the locker rooms and relaxation area by paying a $20 daily fee. Guests not staying at the resort may access the facilities for a daily fee of $40.
Spa gift certificates may be purchased in specific dollar amounts and must include the 20% service charge.
Prices and services are subject to change.
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify the spa at least 6 (six) hours in advance to avoid being charged 50% of your treatment price. Cancellations of packages or private parties require 5 (five) days notice. Groups are subject to a 4-week cancellation policy.
